1. CONTRACT AND INCORPORATION OF TERMS
1.1 Your contract for the purchase of ticket(s) is formed as soon as 4theFans have processed your payment and will expire immediately after the end of the event for which you purchased ticket(s). Purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks. Your transaction may be cancelled if it has not passed our verification processes.
1.2 Your purchase of ticket(s) is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the venue and event partner(s)’ terms, conditions and regulations, copies of which are available on the event partners or venue website. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to venue event partner, or 4thefans requirements, those of the 4thefans shall prevail.
1.3 The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, 4thefans and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2.1 All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with 4thfans prior to purchase, as purchase of ticket(s) constitutes agreement of these Terms and Conditions. A valid ticket must be produced to get into an event. Please notify 4thefans of any access requirements at the time of booking. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket.
2.2 An order for tickets is not complete until it is accepted by us. We try to ensure all information and prices are correct but errors may occur. In the case of an error with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
2.3 You will receive your tickets via email to the email address you specified during the checkout process. If you don’t receive your tickets via email please contact us.
2.4 It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
2.5 We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. The management only accept responsibility for tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points.
2.6 Possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trade marks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
2.7 Any ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by 4thefans, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of Our trade marks and other intellectual property is not compromised.
2.8 Tickets are sold subject to 4thefans right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
2.9 If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or one of the authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
2.10 The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time 4thefans accepts your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes, but exclusive of any per transaction, booking, collection, or delivery fee where applicable.

4. CANCELLED/RE-SCHEDULED EVENTS
4.1 Occasionally, live sports events are cancelled or postponed for a variety of reasons. If the match/game/contest is cancelled, we will endeavor to reschedule our event in line with the rescheduled match/game/contest. Your ticket will remain valid.
4.2 If the match goes ahead, but government restrictions do not allow our screening to take place, we will reschedule our event to the next availble match between the two teams due to play. Your ticket will remain valid. Under these circumstances we will not be able to offer a refund, only a exchange of dates.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled event. Where an event is cancelled or re-scheduled, We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided Us with at the time of ordering. We do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
4.4 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond Our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, infection pandemic, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. We will not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
5.1 Tickets can be refunded or exchanged up to 14 days before the scheduled event. After this point we regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5.2 Where an outdoor event is cancelled or curtailed because of adverse weather, We shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation. We will however endeavor to reschedule our event to an alternative date/fixture.
6.1 Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in this clause, 4thefans liability to you in connection with the event (including, but not limited to, in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or material change to the programme of the event) shall be limited to the ticket price paid by you including the per ticket booking fee but excluding the per transaction collection or delivery fee.
6.2 Neither 4thefans, the venue nor the event partner(s) accept responsibility for any personal property.
6.3 Neither 4thefans nor the venue nor the event partner(s) will be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including You) or property howsoever caused.
7. AFTER SALES CARE & COMPLAINTS
7.1 Should You have any queries or complaints relating to your ticket purchase please contact Our Customer Care team email@example.com.
7.2 All resolutions are only dealt with on a case by case basis. All resolutions are based on initial feedback only. Any claim found to be false will be forfeit a resolution. Any resolution relating to an event will remain both private and confidential between 4thefans and the customer and if found not to be adhered to, this will in turn forfeit a resolution.
7.3 Any complaints in respect of an event or any injury or other claim should be reported on the day to a 4thefans representative who is working on the event. Any such complaints, injuries or other claims must also be notified in writing within 14 days of the event to Customer Services.
8. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE
8.1 4thefans reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the customers. As our venues are licensed premises, even if you have a ticket, there may be circumstances where we feel or understand you should not be allowed into our event such as you being drunk or under the influence of drugs, and you will not be permitted to enter the event. No refund will be given.
8.2 Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Illegal and antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without refund.
8.3 The management of the venue reserves the right to refuse ticket holder’s admission to the venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.
8.4 The management of the venue also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
8.5 You must comply with instructions and directions given by venue and 4thefans staff and stewards.
8.6 No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior.
9. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
9.1 The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any Venue is strictly forbidden. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of an event in breach of these conditions shall belong to the event partner(s). The event partner(s) and venue will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
9.2 By attending an event, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The event partner(s) may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
9.3 The following are not permitted within any venue:
- animals (with the exception of assistance dogs);
- fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or any other type of pyrotechnic;
- Glass and glass bottles;
- Clothing which may be seen as provocative of otherwise offensive;
- illegal substances.
9.4 The management of the venue reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Venue, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed above.
9.5 Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the venue during an event at our discretion. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.
10. SALE OF ALCOHOL
10.1 Sales of alcohol are made subject to the Licensing Act 2003 and in accordance with the terms of the venue.
10.2 4thefans operate a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. If, in the opinion of our staff, you appear under the age of 25, you will be asked to prove your age by providing photo identification such as a passport, drivers licence, card bearing the PASS hologram or military identification card.
10.3 4thefans reserves the right to refuse any sale of alcohol.
11. HEALTH AND SAFETY
11.1 Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and Venue regulations whilst attending the event. If ticket holders have any special requirements or concerns about any special effects which may be featured at the event, prior notice should be provided when ordering tickets. Special effects may include, without limitation, sound, audio visual, pyrotechnic effects or lighting effects.
12.1 If we delay or fail to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions It shall not mean that We have waived our right to do so.
13.1 If it is found by a Court that any of these Terms and Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
