4theFans is a sports brand designed specifically for the nation’s loyal sports fans and enthusiasts. We provide first class, interactive screenings of major sporting events at unique locations, across the UK and Europe. Like you, we are passionate about sport, and believe we are in tune with our customers about how to get maximum enjoyment from their sporting experience. Our ethos, when establishing 4theFans, was always to put the fan first.

We have designed our events with the sports fan in mind – no more traditional stuffy dinner and dance or commercialised Fanzones! By combining live screenings, analysis and interaction with sporting legends, and first-class entertainment, we are able to put the fan at the heart of the action, and create a unique atmosphere rivalled by none. We also strive to make our events a friendly experience and fully inclusive for all, so no one misses out on Sport.

Over the past 3 years 4theFans have hosted hundreds of events, for thousands of fans – creating the biggest and best FanParks all across the UK. We have received critical acclaim, featuring in all major UK press and we can’t wait to show you what’s next…

Ticket Scanning & ID
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. For 18+ events please bring a valid form of photo ID. The forms of ID we accept are driving licenses, passports and proof age cards (with the ‘PASS’ logo).

Tickets
Our official ticketing partner is DICE, but we do also sell tickets on Skiddle, Fever, Eventbrite and DesignMyNight. When purchasing tickets through our website directly, this is integrated with DICE. Buying tickets from any other third-party outlets have not been permitted by us and may be fake – please do not purchase from these sites. To gain entry you can use your phone or a paper copy of your ticket. Please ensure the barcode/QR codes are ready to be scanned to help us speed up entry times.

Entry Times
Door opening and Entry times are stated at the bottom of the event page. Unless agreed upon prior or specified otherwise, we do not allow late entries.

Depending on the event, there may be an age restriction (E.g. 18+ Only). For specified events allowing under 18’s, unless stated otherwise, our policy is one adult must accompany every two minors. Please use your discretion when deciding to bring small children, our events can be loud, and alcohol is served. Age limit information will always be stated at the bottom of the event page.

We are a fully inclusive concept, and we pride ourselves on looking after fans with disabilities or additional requirements. There are several ways to keep up with our current and upcoming events.

Our events always go out first to the members on our mailing list. Not only do they get first access to tickets, but we also often provide special discounts and ticket prices not available to the rest of the public.

FAQs

We can only offer refunds for event cancellations or date postponements. When purchasing a ticket, all sales are final and tickets will not be refunded for any other reason than the above.

Please refer to our Ticket & Refund Policy for further information on our refund policy.

We provide a full bar service at all our events at reasonable pricing. We also have a variety of food options available to purchase, including vegetarian options. Some of our tickets give great value where they include a free drink and/or a food offering. Please check the ticket page for each site for what your ticket includes.

If parking is available for the location it will be stated at the bottom of the event page.

For some of our destination venues we may provide transport (E.g. Shuttle Buses). Transport options will be stated at the bottom of the event page.

Our events are a mix of standing and seating, depending on the venue and tickets on sale. A lot of of our big sites we liken to that of a festival, where standing allows us to have more fans, creating the biggest FanParks in the UK and an epic atmosphere. We also understand standing doesn’t always work for all sports/events. Information will always be stated at the bottom of the event page.

Our promotional material may show seating – this is because the content is from previous events where seating was required due to COVID-19 restrictions.

You are only required to arrive together if you have a singular group ticket. If you have individual tickets per person, you are not required to arrive together – Just ensure each party member has their ticket QR/Barcodes to use on entry. Tickets purchased through our partner DICE can be easily shared with your party members through the app.

If you have a seated tickets, we strongly advise arriving together so we can insure you are seated with each other.

Flares are unfortunately forbidden – fire regulations wont allow it. Don’t worry, we will provide lots of special effects and pyro to make the atmosphere electric!
