To our loyal fans,
We are sorry that some of you may have experienced disappointment when attending our FanPark events at the Coronet. We want to be completely transparent with you about our serious concerns regarding their operation. Over the past few weeks, we’ve done everything possible to deliver amazing FanPark experiences, but despite this, we have faced repeated failures at the venue, including:
Even more seriously we have not been paid for the work we have done for the venue, and have been made aware that AFC supporters clubs, chefs, entertainment teams, management, suppliers have also not been paid. This is deeply troubling. The owners of the venue are failing to meet their obligations to all of us involved.
With a heavy heart, we are withdrawing our support from this venue, in unity with the staff and our own team who have not been paid. We cannot, in good conscience, ask our fan community to continue supporting a venue under these circumstances.
We believe Arsenal fans deserve better. While we cannot stop you from attending, we would like you to make an informed decision about whether to support The Coronet whilst under the current ownership. We feel it is better to be upfront with you all than to allow our community to unknowingly support poor working practices.
Our mission has always been to deliver the very best fan experiences — and we will continue to do that, but not at the expense of fairness, respect, and integrity.
